Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nestly platform at nestly.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
Acceptable Use

By posting User Content, you grant Nestly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any User Content.
Usernames
Usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or suspend usernames at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of trademark infringement, impersonation, or prolonged inactivity.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nestly. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile, links, and analytics data will be permanently removed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestly and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
